PH Wagi Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

To register and use ph wagi you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Account credentials (username and password) are your personal responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.

PH Wagi reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents — including government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal or as part of routine compliance checks.

All transactions at ph wagi are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). PH Wagi accepts the following deposit methods for players in the Philippines:

• All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• PH Wagi does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error (incorrect amount, wrong account) should be reported to ph wagi support immediately. Recovery is not guaranteed once funds have been applied to gameplay.

Withdrawals at ph wagi are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification before first processing.

• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the associated account shows signs of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or incomplete verification.

PH Wagi offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless overridden by the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to real withdrawable funds. The specific multiplier is stated for each promotion — typically between 15× and 30× for standard bonuses at ph wagi.

• In the event of a game malfunction, all bets placed during the affected session may be voided and stakes returned at ph wagi's discretion.
• Using automated software, bots, or any external tool to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Historical game records are maintained and available to players via their account transaction history for a rolling 90-day period.

Sports betting at ph wagi is governed by the following additional rules which apply to all Betting Odds markets including football, basketball, boxing, tennis, volleyball, and e-sports:

• Bets are accepted only on events and markets explicitly listed on ph wagi at the time of placement. No verbal or informal bets are accepted.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bet odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play (live) bets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or postponed events follow the rules stated in the specific market.
• PH Wagi reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by confirmed match-fixing or corruption, regardless of the outcome of the bet.

• Any bet that ph wagi determines was placed on the basis of inside information, or using software to exploit pricing errors, will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph wagi. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Opening more than one account on ph wagi (duplicate accounts).
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals on ph wagi.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true location or identity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors rather than reporting them to ph wagi support.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing ph wagi accounts or account balances.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph wagi staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Any activity that ph wagi reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or in violation of Philippine law.

PH Wagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• At the player's own voluntary request for account closure.

In cases of account suspension due to suspected fraud or Terms violations, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. PH Wagi will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player in writing.
